 Can I access my on-line banking on my iPad?
  
You can attempt to access your on-line banking through your iPad, however, there is no guarantee that all the functions will work properly at this time.
    The search engines that are qualified for viewing Sherburne State Bank's Online Banking (Internet Explorer/Firefox) are not compatible with iPads hence
    the reason there may be some malfunctions. Sherburne State Bank has a team of IT experts working in conjunction with Apple to develop an APP that
    may be more user friendly with our online banking.  

  If I sign up for e-statements can I still get a paper copy too?

    No. Once you sign up for e-statements you will receive an email notification that your statement is available on-line. If you would like or need a paper
    copy of your statement you can print your e-statement from your computer to your personal printer. If you request a paper copy from us you will be
    charged a fee for each statement you request.

  What is the cut-off time for conducting a transfer on on-line banking?

   Monday through Friday, the cut-off time for on-line banking is 6 pm. This means you can conduct your business until 6 pm each of these days for credit
    on that same day. Transactions conducted after 6 pm on weekdays or on Saturdays and Sundays will be credited on the following business day.

  Who should I call if my ATM/Debit Card has been lost or stolen?

   If you need to report your debit card lost or stolen during regular banking hours call the bank at 763-261-4200. If you need to report your debit card
    lost or stolen after regular banking hours or on weekends please call 1-800-472-3272.

  I'm moving and need to change my address? What do I need to do?

   Your change of address with Sherburne State Bank will require a signature from you before we make the official change to your bank accounts. This procedure
    is for your security and even if we receive a forwarding address from the post office, we will still need your signature to authorize the change of address.

 Can I do my banking through Sentry Bank?

 
  Though Sherburne State Bank is owned by the same owners as Sentry Bank, the operations are not combined. This means that you cannot conduct your
    Sherburne State Bank transactions with Sentry Bank. Sherburne State Bank has three convenient locations in Becker, Princeton and Clear Lake.
