After working for years in corporate banking, Allen left to pursue his goal of helping small businesses succeed. With a background in residential and commercial lending of varying sizes, Allen is passionate about his mission to meet each business’ individual needs. Jarred Merchant grew up in the small town of Kimball, Minnesota, and has been around community banking his whole life. He has an appreciation for small-town banking and providing excellent customer service. Jarred prides himself on working until the job is done and his determination to help each customer reach their business goals. Before starting his career in the banking world, Jarred obtained a BA from Bethany Lutheran College where he also played basketball for four years.

Being involved in the community is something that has always been important to Marissa. While going to college she was able to coach girls’ hockey and lacrosse in Saint Cloud. After she earned her BS in Finance from Saint Cloud State University, she worked at a local credit union and gained knowledge in numerous areas of banking with a focus in consumer lending. Marissa and her young family have called Monticello home for the past four years and her drive to further serve the community is what ultimately brought her to Sherburne State Bank. Being able to work with small business owners to further their dreams in the short and long term is something she will never take for granted.

Between growing up around his family’s small business and his strong background in commercial lending, Nick understands how to coordinate commercial loans to assist your business goals. In addition to his banking experience, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration focused on Finance, Management & Economics. Nick grew up in the Zimmerman community and has returned to the area to raise his family.
